Need to return a product, whether it's faulty or you've had a change of heart?
To initiate a return, please email us at claude@keaworkshop.com for authorization. Once authorized, returns will be processed within 2-3 working days, with credits returning to your original payment method within 7-10 working days (excluding shipping fees).
For Faulty Products:
We'll address manufacturing defects promptly. If the product is deemed faulty due to manufacturing issues, we'll take full responsibility. However, if the damage is caused by the consumer, we cannot accept the return. Items that have been soldered cannot be accepted as faulty due to manufacturing issues.
Change of Mind Returns:
If you've had a change of heart after your order has been shipped, you have 7 days from delivery to return the product, provided it remains unopened and in its original packaging. Please ensure proper protective packaging during return shipment, as any damage incurred during return transit will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
